HEATING QUALITY:
The tulbular heating elements are sheathed, made of stainless steel idealy placed around the fans. No-wear switching (solid state relay) is used for activating and deactivating the heating elements.
But our heating speed is not only done by our heating element. It is also achieved by the insulation. If the incubator is well insulated, heat will be kept inside the chamber. Our quality of heating will reduce significantly the energy cost.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL: C3000 CONTROLLER, MADE BY FRANCE ETUVES.
The regulation guarantees the highest possible temperature stability. The temperature time fluctuation is less than few thenths of degree. Temperature controller is microprocessor based, we design and program it specifically to meet your requirements. It provides a high accuracy and prevents the set temperature from being exceeded and it offers all functions that users need. Digital LEDs display set and actual temperatures as well as remaining process time.
An independent over-temperature thermostat, with a visual and sound alarm, cut out with an adjustable upper limit, your products and the oven.
FRESH AIR SUPPLY, EXHAUS AIR:
Through access vent, fresh air is provided and pre-heated before entering the chamber.
A 30 mm diameter exhaust vent is provided with an adjustable valve to control the exhaust air.
